Areas of Expertise

Artificial intelligence is reshaping the workplace, but businesses must integrate it strategically, responsibly, and holistically. He uses his AI workplace assessment toolkit to work with corporate, government and non-profit clients to:

  • Ensure AI enhances human talent – Helping companies position AI as a tool for augmentation rather than just cost-cutting automation.

  • Develop responsible AI transition strategies – Guiding leadership through ethical, workforce, and operational considerations to future-proof their business.

  • Assess long-term customer and client impact – Ensuring AI adoption aligns with trust, transparency, and sustainability to maintain brand integrity.

The digital information ecosystem is constantly evolving, and organisations must be prepared to respond to both opportunities and threats. He helps organisations develop robust digital strategies that enhance their online presence, combat disinformation, and engage audiences effectively.

  • Built a full-scale digital strategy (organic and paid) for a global B-Corp, integrating social media, content marketing, and audience engagement.

  • Designed and led disinformation rapid response units for issue-based campaigns, engaging directly with platforms and mobilising organic and paid response campaigns to counter false narratives.

  • Advised advocacy groups and political campaigns on digital crisis management, ensuring they could swiftly counter misinformation and protect their reputations in high-stakes moments.

For charities and nonprofits, long-term impact requires thinking beyond short-term wins. He uses his bespoke Overton Window model to help organisations critically assess incremental push-and-pull change, ensuring they shape the conversation while achieving tangible progress.

  • Start with the end in mind – What does the world look like when your organisation is no longer needed?

  • Work backwards – Identify the structural, systemic, and cultural shifts required to get there.

  • Take action today – Align your campaigning, fundraising, and advocacy with both short-term wins and long-term systemic change.

Advising on AI regulation, platform accountability, and legislative reforms.
